Not loading.

So I've been trying to load Nixware beta for the last few 24 hours and it doesn't work. I've restarted my pc, disabled my antivirus, waited 10-15 mins but it never loads. Is there a solution to this ? Or maybe something I'm doing wrong ? Please help.
