Terms and Rules from March 7, 2025

By registering on the forum and purchasing our product, you automatically agree to comply with all the rules described below. Ignorance of the rules does not relieve you of responsibility. Any content that is uploaded to the forum may be sent to third-party verification services (one example is spam prevention services). If you consider the content confidential, do not upload, send or make it available in any other way on the forum.

The Forum Team (hereinafter referred to as the FT) has the right to block you for violating any of the following points of the rules. The blocking time is calculated by the FT based on the number of your violations, their severity, the context of the situation and previously received warnings.

1. Universal rules (apply on and off the forum without exception):
  1. 1.1. Distribution of false / falsified / unverified information within the framework of the project / product / FT is prohibited.
  2. 1.2. Any form of insult / humiliation / provocation towards CF members is prohibited.
  3. 1.3. Accusations without evidence / grounds towards the product / CF members are prohibited.
  4. 1.4. Transferring your account is prohibited. If your account is stolen, you cannot count on restoring the product due to the fact that the account theft is your fault.
  5. 1.5. Distribution of malicious files in any form is prohibited.
  6. 1.6. Any form of advertising is prohibited.
  7. 1.7. Any attempts to return funds for a product / service without the consent of the CF are prohibited.
  8. 1.8. Posting referral / malicious links is prohibited.
  9. 1.9. Using links to paid / shareware file sharing services is prohibited.
  10. 1.10. It is forbidden to manipulate / distort / interpret the rules / forum team for your own personal gain / fun.
  11. 1.11. It is forbidden to collect / distribute any information about forum users without their consent.
  12. 1.12. It is forbidden to touch on political / provocative topics.
  13. 1.13. Any kind of game streaming of our product for the purpose of earning money is prohibited.
  14. 1.14. Using someone else's intellectual property is prohibited.

2. Forum Topic/Message Rules:
  1. 2.1 General Rules:
    1. 2.1.1 It is forbidden to create topics in sections that do not correspond to them.
    2. 2.1.2 Begging for material values is forbidden.
    3. 2.1.3 Abuse of BB-code is forbidden.
    4. 2.1.4 Distribution of NSFW (18+) content is prohibited.
    5. 2.1.5 Creation of meaningless topics is prohibited.
    6. 2.1.6 Spam and flooding are prohibited.
    7. 2.1.7 Creating topics with links to any external resources is prohibited.
  2. 2.2 Trading platform rules:
    1. 2.2.1 Posting links to third-party resources is prohibited.
    2. 2.2.2 It is forbidden to leave a review without a direct proof of purchase. All the reviews in threads about the sale of your products must be left only from forum users.
    3. 2.2.3 Product updates are listed in the first message of the topic.
  3. 2.3 Workshop rules:
    1. 2.3.1 Hiding the source code of scripts from CF is prohibited.
    2. 2.3.2 Posting links to external resources for personal gain is prohibited.
    3. 2.3.3 Works in the workshop require a title, instructions, and at least two relevant screenshots.

3. Forum ticket rules:
  1. 3.1. It is forbidden to create meaningless tickets or tickets with inadequate / offensive content. Tickets with an inadequate number of capital letters also fall under this rule.
  2. 3.2. Spam / flood in any form is forbidden.
  3. 3.3. It is prohibited to abuse the BB-code (bold, underline, italic, color, size, etc.). The use of the BB-code is allowed only where you want to mark information that should be brought to the attention of the CF.
  4. 3.4. It is prohibited to create a ticket in an inappropriate category.
  5. 3.5. It is prohibited to create similar in content / completely duplicate requests several times.

4. Rules for unique decorations on the forum:
  1. 4.1. It is forbidden to set the color of the unique badge that completely copies / is very similar to the color of the CF roles.
  2. 4.2. It is forbidden to impersonate another user / member of the CF using the badge.
  3. 4.3. It is forbidden to put inscriptions like Alpha / Beta Access, Moderator, Administrator, Banned, Registered, etc.
  4. 4.4. It is forbidden to use the privilege for personal gain / fun.

Corrections:

 The materials presented on this website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors.

The site administrator does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current.

The site administrator may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

However, the site maintainer makes no commitment to update the materials.

A guaranteed refund is available if the software does not work on first launch.

You can also submit a refund request via our website support service, specifying your order information and the reason for the return.

After receiving your refund request, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days, excluding weekends.

The refund amount will be credited to the same account from which the payment was made.

Governing Law:

 Any claims relating to this website will be governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.

Changes to the terms of use of the site:

 The site administrator may revise the terms of use at any time without notice.
