Are you seriously asking if a 1$ Cheat is safe to use on your main? Nixware is undetected. And no I wouldn't inject on my main. For a matter of Fact: I wouldn't even inject Gamesense on my main because it's just completely unnecessary.

only cheat that has never been detected is skeet (and possibly novolinehook). Skeet has an valve employee, thats why it is never detected
