memesense cfg semi-rage and Full-Player-Use

Hello, it's my first configs, and besides I will update them yet. So, first is semi-rage config, very good to play HVH in matchmaking. Second is it with will hack, b-hop, and skins. That's all.
Like my CFG, i really try to make it look like ms

binds (only for semi-rage):
X-Rage Bot
V-Min damage
M3- Thirdperson

I made already new configs, so I will post them later
