Very huge fps drop

when i load the game i go on practice then i play got like 230 fps 190 fps then it drops all the way to 90 to 30 to 60 HELP ME!!!! I WANNA FIX THIS SHITTY THINGGGG

I mean that I played with lags for the first 2 hours, and then the cheat just stopped lagging, I don't know how it works. But here it is important to note that I didn't have lags all the time, but at certain moments. (approximately 1 fps drop in 2 minutes)

bro I hold my knife - no fps drops, once I get out a weapon or a pistol it just drops to 5-10 fps
