where is cfg folder

okay its been 2 hours i still dont know it should me in C:/nixware
but there is no sucha a thing as c:/nixware in me disc
i tried to add it by meself still nothing i maked random config in nixware menu and still nothing
please help me windows 11 cheat is normally loading into game .
