If you buy a 1 month sub do you get a hwid reset with it

Recently my account got hacked by some randy ruski and he used my hwid reset... now when i tried to buy a hwid reset it just cancelled me but i can still buy a subscription.
If i do that will i be able to play again?

if u reset hwid, yes
