it doesnt, i have tried with both applications closed or just one of them open. steam wont start, neither will cs and nothing happens

Support tried to help me when I had this problem, but it was solved by reinstalling Windows

i wont install whole windows just for that to work nixware is so shit that you have to reinstall the whole windows for it to work? thats fucking bad i dont pay to have to reinstall windows
